In our range you will now find flavoured honey pastes made from high-quality Czech acacia honey, blossom honey or Manuka honey. In this case, it is a pure creamed blossom honey. Simply open the tube and squeeze.
Creamed blossom honey
With blossom honeys it is completely normal for the texture to change over time as sugar crystals begin to form. Crystallisation is not a bad thing at all – on the contrary, it proves that the honey has not been heated or chemically treated. From a flavour perspective, however, it’s not always ideal.
That is why blossom honey is often creamed – a gentle mechanical process breaks down the crystals into tiny particles. The result is silky-smooth, creamy and airy. And that is exactly the treat you’ll find in this tube. Let yourself be carried away by the delicate floral aroma and gentle sweetness.
