Ginger brings welcome warmth in winter
Acacia honey has a gentle, floral flavour that pairs beautifully with pungent ginger and aromatic spices. This tube is similar in composition and taste to the Balancing Spices variant, but it is slightly spicier and more intense.
Here, ginger takes centre stage. It gives the paste a strong aroma and a sharper, livelier flavour. That makes it ideal for warming up in autumn and winter, when the body naturally craves heating foods. Ginger is a staple of many autumn recipes and hot drinks for a reason.
It supports immunity, aids digestion and helps the body fight off colds. Combined with cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, vanilla and nutmeg, it has truly beneficial effects on both body and mind.
As with our honeys, ingredient quality is always our priority. That’s why this paste contains only organic spices from the Czech producer Sonnentor, known for carefully selected spices from ecological farming.
Acacia Honey from South Moravia
The base of this paste is high-quality acacia honey sourced from beekeepers in South Moravia. It has a delicate floral taste and aroma, making it a true pleasure to enjoy. Unlike regular honey, it doesn’t crystallize as easily thanks to its higher fructose and lower glucose content—which makes it absolutely ideal for making semi-liquid pastes.
Another bonus is its lower glycemic index, meaning it doesn’t spike your blood sugar as much. This results in a slower energy release, which is especially useful for sports, camping, or hiking.
