Some dessert recipes require quite a bit of honey, so we recommend choosing one of our larger and more cost-effective jars—either Manuka Blend (Multiflora) (the one we use in our honey cake) or Manuka honey with 100+ MGO.
For a stronger flavor, go with Manuka 514+ MGO, which has a richer, more intense taste thanks to its higher MGO content.
Recommendation:
- Consider using Manuka honey in no-bake desserts or raw treats. You can also add it to creams or glazes for finishing touches.
- High temperatures can reduce the effectiveness of the beneficial compounds in honey.
