We spent a long time thinking about what else we could make from our Manuka honey — something delicious like our honey cake, but easier to ship across the Czech Republic. Then the idea came to us: why not try nougat? A delicacy where ingredient quality is everything.

This nougat comes from the workshop of the well-known Czech chocolatier Pražská čokoláda. Their nougat creations have received multiple prestigious awards at the Great Taste Awards, an international competition often referred to as the Oscars of the food world. In fact, Pražská čokoláda’s nougat has even been ranked among the top 5 nougats in the world.

A Healthy and Delicious Treat

With Manuka nougat, you can be sure it’s made from truly high-quality ingredients. Its base is our own Manuka honey, hazelnuts, and egg whites. It follows the original nougat recipe created in ancient Rome and Greece, making it completely different from today’s commercial nougat, which is often seen as an overly sweet treat full of sugar and fat.
