Linden honey is considered one of the most aromatic types of honey, known for its strong flavour and fragrance – which is why it simply couldn’t be missing from our collection. It’s made from the nectar of small-leaved and large-leaved linden blossoms, giving it that unmistakably rich linden character.
Its colour ranges from deep golden to amber, but what really sets it apart is the aroma – intense, sweet, and captivating, with subtle herbal notes. The flavour is bold and pronounced, sometimes even slightly sharp, so it may not be to everyone’s taste. Some people also notice a gentle menthol undertone in its aroma and flavour.

Linden Honey – a Great Natural Remedy
Linden honey isn’t the best choice for spreading on bread – its strong, sometimes sharp flavour isn’t to everyone’s liking. Some even find that it resembles herbal syrups or lozenges, as linden blossoms are often used in those. However, it’s absolutely perfect for sweetening tea and as a natural aid during colds.
Honey made from linden nectar has long been used in traditional medicine to soothe sore throats, calm coughs, and boost immunity. The essential oils responsible for its intense aroma also have relaxing effects, helping you unwind after a demanding day or drift off to sleep more easily.
