Ambassador – Ondřej Procházka
Ondřej Procházka is a professional paragliding pilot and our new brand ambassador.
→ He’s also our second ambassador who isn’t afraid of heights. Coincidence?
We’re happy to announce that More Than Honey’s Manuka honeys are gaining more and more popularity among professional athletes. That’s why our new ambassador is Ondřej Procházka – the most well-known Czech paraglider, acro-flying enthusiast, and holder of two world records.
Ondra and Manuka
As a top-level athlete, Ondra takes great care of his health and pays close attention to high-quality nutrition. He can personally confirm that Manuka honey is an excellent addition to a healthy diet. And when he craves something sweet, Manuka is the perfect pick-me-up—anytime, anywhere. Whether he’s training, traveling for competitions, or just starting his day with a spoonful of liquid gold, Manuka is always there.
Red Bull X-Alps and Paragliding Competitions
If you’re into paragliding, you probably know Ondra. He has been competing in this sport professionally for many years. He has twice taken part in one of the world’s toughest races, Red Bull X-Alps (2023, 2025), and also competed at the World Championship.
Although he loved computers from a young age and even studied IT, at some point he began focusing more on his health and staying physically active. His love for nature eventually led him into the world of paragliding, which became the perfect balance—doing what he loves and succeeding at it.
He even holds two world records, specifically in the Esfera maneuver and synchronized infinite tumbling. But this Czech pilot doesn’t just fly—paragliding races also involve hiking, as athletes need to reach their launch points on foot. That takes a serious amount of energy—something our Manuka honey is perfect for.
Photography and Social Media Activity
Ondra is also very active on social media. He enjoys capturing beautiful sunsets and filming breathtaking aerial footage. He lives with his family on the Canary Islands, specifically on the small island of El Hierro. That’s why you’ll often see posts from his local flights along the coast—sometimes even training with his young daughter. So be sure to check out his Facebook or Instagram.
